The I-5 freeway is a 5-minute drive from our home, making it easy to get to neighboring cities.

Guest cottage located in South Salem on a large wooded lot. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, Banks, Parks, Willamette University and Salem Hospital. The bedroom is upstairs king with a king size bed. The sofa bed that is a double, is on the first floor. When we enter into spring ants are out. If food is left out on counters and tables it will attract ants. I ask guests not to leave food out. Guests who have been conscientious have not had an issue.

A private entrance is visible, framed by a blue building. A stone pathway leads toward a well-maintained yard, featuring a paved seating area with blue chairs beneath a partly cloudy sky. Edging shrubs provide greenery, while gravel adds texture along the pathway.

This rustic-modern space has a kitchenette, fridge, freezer, filtered water, microwave, hot plate, toaster and several coffee makers. Deer are daily visitors, along with a variety of wild birds and many other friendly critters.
