Viveks lägenhet A nice and cozy apartment with all the necessities needed for a pleasant stay short as longterm. The apartment is just over a year old, everything is new and fresh, the bus stop is right outside, which goes, among other places, to Älvsjö Station were the Commuter train goes to Arlanda airport. But the Metro station (Högdalen or Bandhagen) is only 8 minutes walk distance from the apartment, and then 19 minutes to StockholmCity. In Högdalencentre there is all the service you need.

Welcome to our small 30 sqm house – perfect for a couple or a small family. You’ll sleep together in the loft on a 160x200 cm bed. The guesthouse is located right next to our own home. We respect our guests' privacy and do our best to ensure you feel undisturbed during your stay. My family with childen live in the house, so you might hear us moving around. A 10 min walk to the subway stations Svedmyra, green line19. Close by, walking distance, a big and a smaller supermarket, parks, restaurants and walking areas. Own entrance with code lock. No pets. Welcome.

Välkomna till vår stuga med ett unikt läge på sjötomt i mysiga Gladö Kvarn. Vi är omgivna av stora naturreservat, men endast 10 min med bil, 20 min med buss till Huddinge C. Stor terass med sjöutsikt. Egen sittplats vid sjön. Huset har vardagsrum, kök, sovloft, dusch, tvättmaskin. Handukar och lakan finns och ingår i priset. 500 m till buss som går till Huddinge C och pendeltåg in till Stockholm C, 15 min.

New studio - like a hotel room with a kitchen

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.

Nice and centrally located tiny house, close to Älvsjömässan.

Welcome to a detached mini house located in Älvsjö. From here, you have walking distance to the Älvsjö Fair and to buses and commuter trains that take you into Stockholm city in ten minutes. The house is furnished with a 120 cm bed. Kitchenette with stove, microwave and refrigerator. Basic kitchen equipment/porcelain. Toilet/shower. There is access to a washing machine during longer stays, as agreed.
