The apartment has a large kitchen, spacious bedroom with latex quality mattress, large and cozy balcony + shared courtyard. Nice private toilet and nice private bathroom with shower. Welcome to my lovely oasis❤️ Beautiful 1 bedroom in Sydhavnen. It is close to the new metro, so you can be at Rådhuspladsen in 10 minutes. The vibrant life in Sydhavnen with delicious coffee, and lovely restaurants, shopping opportunities are within walking distance it takes about 5 minutes on foot. The apartment consists of a small kitchen where you can easily cook some light food, fridge, and Airfryer. You have your own toilet and bathroom. There is a dining area for 3, and a bed. (120 cm)

It is perfect for couples, friends or a young family, as the second bedroom has a sofa bed that can fit two. The building is from 2021 and has an elevator and paid parking in the basement.

Enjoy a cozy bohemian experience at this centrally-located place. Only minutes walk from Enghave Plads with lots of cafes, restaurants, metro and nightlife. Tucked away, just next to a lush park. You won’t get any of the nightlife sounds during your stay, yet you are within walking distance from it all on Vesterbro. Central station if merely a 15 minute walk, or the nearest metro is just a few minutes walk away. This is my full time home and I rent out when on vacation. It is fully functional.
