From 3 guests or on request, an additional bedroom with private bathroom is prepared, offering approx. 80 m² in total. Up to 6 guests can stay. University/college, restaurants, wine taverns, the Danube and sights are within easy walking distance. Families are very welcome.

Spacious in the heart of the city. Our newly renovated apartment in April 2023 is located in a century-old house in the city center, but still quiet. Equipped with a kitchen including washing machine, Nespresso, microwave, stove, oven, tea maker and refrigerator, a living-dining room, 1 bedroom with double bed and single bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. The small communal garden invites you to unwind after an eventful day.

Fulfill a childhood dream – the overnight stay in the tree house between the treetops is unique, cozy and offers great views of the Kremstal. The Imbach tree house can comfortably accommodate two people. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed. From the property, you can easily set off on a variety of excursions: to the Wachau, to Krems or to the Waldviertel. But the capital city of Vienna is also just an hour away.

Perfect getaway in the beautiful Waldviertel!

Our apartment is about 80 m², has 2 bedrooms (each with 1 double bed and 1 single bed), bathroom, toilet, living room, kitchen, a large common room with a Swedish stove (wood for a surcharge) and garden. You have your own entrance, well-equipped kitchen with Dishwasher and fridge. Linens, towels, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, clothes rack, books, Games, satellite TV and radio are provided.

Garden paradise in the Weinviertel

The apartment is on the second floor of our apartment building in the Weinviertel and can be used in whole or in part. Here you will find a separate bedroom and a very spacious kitchen-living room with another bedroom and balcony. 1 guest parking space is available. Our house is 3 km from the nearest train station. Vienna is 50 km away. Guests from all countries are welcome!

Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle, a Romanesque church, a Gothic Karner and lots of nature between the forest and wine regions near Eggenburg.
