Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Built in 2022 with dishwasher, washing machine and fiber. One double bed, 2 80 cm beds, 1 120 cm bed, double bed up in the loft and a junior bed and travel bed. Dining area for many. Barbecue. Wood stove. Picturesque terraced town with acclaimed Carlas café and pool at the campground. Sea view. Nice, quiet sandy beach within walking distance. Bicycles are available to borrow. Close to Grönhögen where there is Ica, café, pizzeria, tennis, paddle tennis and golf. Cleaning is not included

Charming stone house in Grönhögen

Stone house from the 1800s that is fully equipped, shower and toilet. Small kitchen with stove, microwave, oven fridge with freezer compartment T V (not Wifi ), upstairs bedroom. Air heat pump. The cabin is located on our farm property. Patio with table & chairs, charcoal grill. Within the radius of 100 meters there is harbour, swimming, paddle & beach volleyball courts, shop, glass kiosk in the summer, two restaurants. 300 meters to the golf course, Eketorpsborg 6 km. For birdwatchers, there is Ottenby with the lighthouse Långe Jan 7 km.

Modern stuga endast 15 meter från stranden och bryggan som leder dig ut i havet. Boendet som byggdes 2019 ligger naturskönt på Dunö cirka 10 min (bil) söder om Kalmar. Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

The cottage is perfect for those seeking a quiet seaside location with wonderful archipelago and nature to explore. The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and Öland 25 minutes. Boat with electric outboard motor (0,5 HP) and oars included april-october.

Tillgång till barnvänlig strand som delas med värdfamilj. Boendet lämpar sig för familj upp till 4 personer. Vid sidan av detta boende finns även en lägenhet för 2 personer att hyra på Airbnb den heter Seaside apartment. Även huvudhuset går att hyra när vi är bortresta. ”Villa archipelago”

Enjoy the tranquility and view of the sea and fields at the old Ölandsgården. This house was once a chicken coop. The house is in the middle of the picturesque terraced village of Näsby, but still completely secluded from neighbors. Only a short walk to the beach with lots of birds and seals. Perfect location near Öland's southern headland.
