It is within walking distance to the downtown beach community of Oceanside where many events take place. You can fish, take whale watching tours and eat at some of the finest restaurants in Southern California.

Our upscale unit is a 3rd floor 'penthouse' in the "A" building on the south side of North Coast Village. It has a fantastic view of the surf, sand and the Oceanside Pier from your large dedicated rooftop balcony! There's a beautiful, fully upgraded kitchen, a king in the master and a queen sleeper sofa in the LR. Upstairs is a large & open loft bedroom with a queen Murphy bed, a breakfast nook and a 75” TV. And did we mention your new happy place, that fabulous rooftop deck?

A wooden sauna interior features warm-toned wooden paneling and seating arrangements. Benches made of smooth wood line the walls, providing ample space for relaxation. Soft lighting highlights the natural textures, creating a serene environment for unwinding.
