Renovated 38 m² apartment, very well equipped, well heated located at the foot of the Sauze slopes. Bedroom with double bed (160), mountain corner, spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen. A private terrace with magnificent views of the mountain and the heart of the resort. Residence with ski box and elevator. Private parking at the residence. Located 5 minutes' walk from the start of the ski lifts, ski schools, beginner slope, daycare, swimming pool and the resort center with all shops.

Just above Serre Ponçon Lake and it's dam, the appartment provides countryside’s calm and a large terrace where you’ll can relax in front of the mountains. By default, a 180x190 bed is installed, if you prefer 2 small beds, please, tell us in your booking message. The nearest ski stations are Montclar (about 30 mn away) and Reallon (about 40 mn away) but you’ll be able to have a sledge ride in the surrounding fields. Hiking trails are less than 150 m away from the accommodation.

Quiet, away from major highways. With an area of 39 m², it has a mountain corner, a bedroom with a 160 bed, a bathroom with separate toilet, a kitchenette, a living room with a real sofa bed and a balcony.
