Taking advantage of the perimeter of the main house, the rehabilitation has resulted in an apartment attached to a pool and an attached two-story house. Mas Blanc is a historical Villa built in 1611 in a unique location in Ullastret, Emporda, Costa Brava. Despite many years have gone through, the Villa still maintains its charming environment being completely surrounded by nature, a very special and peaceful refugee!. The house has a private garden of 350 square meters whith a barbacue, a 50 square meter porch whith is bench, table and chairs. There are also loungers in the garden.
