Lovely and welcoming family home located in a quiet area just 20 minutes' drive to the bustling city of Bristol, Georgian Bath and the Cotswolds with easy access to public transport and Uber. This is a spacious 1930s three-bedroom home with a beautiful, leafy, private garden, with mature trees, a little stream and a small pond. Accommodates four people comfortably. There is ample off street parking at the front of the property (drive 8ft6 wide) and easy access to M4 and M32 and Bristol airport.

Our newly renovated annex is a comfortable, quiet haven perfect for the business traveller or singles/couples looking to explore Bristol, Bath or the Cotswolds. We are an easy walk to the Bristol and Bath science park and close to transport links to the centre of Bristol. The property is fully equipped with its own parking spaces, a private courtyard, double bedroom with en suite bathroom and bath, and a good size kitchen/living space. We offer unlimited free wifi and TV incl Amazon Prime.

The Annexe, Champion House, Moorend Farm, BS16 1SP

A fantastic location. An historic house with a wealth of associations. Dating from c. 1640, the house was modernised in 1676 and then again in 1723. We have been here since 1999. A great stepping off point, whether you are going to London, The Cotswolds, Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham etc. We are very near to the Motorway network, 2 Railway Stations (Bristol Temple Meads or Bristol Parkway), Bristol Airport, Coach station in Bristol. Locally there are quality Pubs, Indian and Chinese eateries.

Ship shape and Bristol fashion A delightful, privately accessed annexe for you to enjoy. It has a kingsize bed and hanging space. There is a Roku TV so you can access your Netflix. We provide you with your own kitchenette and breakfast bar consisting of a kettle, toaster and microwave, washer/dryer. The breakfast bar doubles up as a useful workstation. We will provide you with all the basics you need for a comfortable stay - tea, coffee, sugar and breakfast bits and bobs and toiletries.

Peaceful trio of rooms with garden view

Trio of rooms which are part of our home, yet separate, where guests can relax and feel at home. Shops and restaurants are a few minutes’ walk away, but guests can prepare light meals at home if they prefer. We are a five minute drive from the M32 which in turn links up with the M4 and M5 motorways. There is parking on the property for one small car. Bristol Parkway station is a 10 minute drive away and we are served by buses to Bath, Parkway Station, and to the city centre.
