The winter sports resorts of Reallon and Les Orres are a short distance away. The place and the surroundings give a wonderful holiday feeling!

My house is quiet 5 minutes drive from the city center and 15 minutes from the Embrun body of water. The kitchen is fully equipped. You will find on the ground floor 1 room with bathroom -1 toilet 1 living room 1 kitchen 1 entrance hall and 1 cellar with 2 terraces. upstairs : 3 bedrooms with 1 bathroom, 1 toilet and a relaxation area, TV book and a balcony. Outside BBQ plancha. No pets allowed. No smoking indoors . Currently my house is rented only in the summer.
