F2 on the ground floor (45 m2) not overlooked in a house with another rental for 4 people. Independent entrance, 12-minute walk to the city center and train station and 3 km from the water. Loggia and private terrace of 25 m2 to the south plus outdoor space (40 m2) to the east. Free and easy public parking. Bedroom 160 x 200. Mini-room (entrance) of 5 m2 with window in which you can isolate yourself to work or put the baby cot on request. Comfortable 130x190 click-clack in the living room.

Comfortable studio, completely refurbished and very functional. This bright studio is in a village house a stone's throw from the church of Crots in the center of the village. You will be quiet and ideally located less than 5 minutes drive to the "Crots Beach" on Lake Serre-Ponçon, 20 minutes from the Orres resort and 5 minutes from Embrun. Close to all the water activities of Lake Serre-Ponçon, mountain sports and the Durance.
