Our sunny and lovingly furnished apartment is on the ground floor with separate entrance. In addition to the spacious well-equipped kitchen with dining area, there is a bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed as well as a living room with a comfortable sofa bed On the terrace you have a wonderful view of the countryside. Parking for your car is available right in front of the house.

Relax in this home. Quiet location, surrounded by nature. Centrally located between Rothenburg ob der Tauber and Dinkelsbühl, the most beautiful old town in Germany. Ideal starting point for your day trips. Or a walk in the Franconian Highlands Nature Park and a swimming lake is also very close. Our accommodation was completely newly built and lovingly furnished to prepare a few unforgettable days for our guests. Very convenient access through your own front door with a numerical code.

Our bright, spacious apartment is quietly located directly in the center of Schopfloch (supermarket in the village, bakery next door). Cozy large dining room with kitchen. Bathroom with barrier-free shower, as well as 2 quiet spacious bedrooms/living rooms. Apartment in a detached house. Raised ground floor (6 steps). NO animals. Smoke-free.

In summer, the beach at the reservoir is a very popular destination, with the possibility to linger at the beach bar. Enjoy the beautiful area and simply stroll through the nearby cities of Aalen or Ellwangen. We have lovingly furnished our apartment with all the necessary items.
