Plus, Sundance Ski Resort is only 21 miles away, making this the perfect base for adventure and relaxation. (Please remember that this is a basement apartment that has a small family living upstairs.)

Come reset in nature, relax by the fire pit and watch the sun set, ride our mtn bike flow trail (beginner/intermediate/expert level) or better yet, test your skills on our 9 hole disc golf course! Our cozy 2-bedroom, walkout basement apartment is nestled along the foothills of the Santaquin Mountains and offers an amazing view of the Utah Valley. It's very conveniently located, only 0.5 miles from the I-15 freeway entrance and only 5 miles from the Payson UT Temple! This family-friendly space has a full kitchen, a washer/dryer unit, and backyard access. Within a few minutes' drive, you'll have multiple options for food, shopping, and outdoor adventures!
