Fantastic Villa in almost walking distance from Puerto Pollensa. Aproximately 1 Km after Puerto Pollensa, a sign “La Vinya” leads to a small way away from the main road. At the end of this path we find the lovely house “La Vinya”. Surrounded by nature and some olive trees, the house is in a quiet place away from the louder roads. A wide parking area invites to park the car (or bicycles) and enter the main entrance of the house. The hall is spacious and very high. In front of us there is a staircase that leads to the dormitories in the first floor. Here we find three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one in suite and the other one with bath. Back to the entrance we look at the left side and find ground floor bedroom and a bathroom (shower). Straight on there is the sitting-dining room, passing the kitchen at the right side. Next to the kitchen we find the laundry and the second ground floor bedroom. The spacious sitting room offers views to the country side and to the pool. Two slide doors give access to the nice, great terrace. Here it is an ideal place for having meals or just relax in the sofas.
