Enjoy this beautiful duplex townhouse with charm just a 4-minute walk to one of the best beaches in El Puerto. It is quite bright and fully equipped. It has two fitted wardrobes. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The accommodation has air conditioning and heating in the living room and master bedroom. Beautiful townhouse on the beach of Valdelagrana with front porch and backyard. Downstairs is the living room with fireplace, toilet and bedroom with double bed. On the 1st floor it has three double estates (one of it with a double bed en suite) and two bathrooms (one of them in the double room). The house is located 250 m. from Parque Natural de los Toruños, where you can practice Paddle Surfing, canoeing, Hiking, bicycle, etc.

Everything is just a short walk away from this beach house and downtown. The development is private. The beach at the tip is an 8-minute walk away, downtown 20 minutes away. The neighborhood is quiet. It has all the services, supermarkets, stores,banks... Bus stop, scooters, will make it easier to get around without taking the car. Easy parking is located. Tu casa ideal en Valdelagrana

This is a very special house to spend the summer. It has a fantastic terrace for breakfast or dinner. It is very comfortable since it is close to the beach but in a quieter area of Valdelagrana. Perfect for family with children. Besides, I lived in the house so it's not the typical apartment made for tourists. Everything is done with a lot of love. VUT/CA /11693
