Independent villa, located in El Puerto de Sta Mª. On the 1st floor, it consists of 2 double bedrooms with a private bathroom in each of them, plus a work area. On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms, one double and one with a bunk bed and a bathroom with shower, a large living-dining room and a kitchen-office. Large outdoor area with a private fenced pool, outdoor shower, and toilet. Beach bar area with a refrigerator and barbecue. Large outdoor porch to enjoy evenings. Covered parking area for two cars.

Air-conditioned house with views, 50 meters from the ocean.

Very close to the beach, porch and garden that includes a built-in barbecue. Garage with a ford. Very quiet to rest. It has WiFi. The beach has a new promenade with benches, for walking or exercising, which connects several beaches. Next to the house, turning left and going up Guayaba Street, there are several cafes with breakfasts and tapas and two supermarkets that are also open on holidays. I would highlight El Coffee House with Colombian coffee and artisan sweets and the breakfasts of Él Último.
