It is a very simple and small studio in the center of San Juan village, equipped enough to meet basic needs. Due to its size it is ideal for one or two people, but it has a sofa bed and they can stay one or two more. It has linens, towels, kitchenware, iron, TV, wifi etc. Close to all services such as supermarkets, shops, cafeterias, banks, transportation. It is 2 kilometers from the beach of San Juan and the golf course and 6 from the center of Alicante.

A dining area is positioned by floor-to-ceiling windows, offering views of the sea. A round table is set with tableware for four, surrounded by stylish chairs. A pendant light hangs overhead, while a small terrace with plants is visible outside, enhancing the seaside ambiance.
