Fully furnished apartment, washer/dryer, bathrooms with towels, induction stove, range hood, refrigerator, coffee maker, water dispenser with filter, sandwich maker, toaster, oven, microwave, and a full set of dishes, all necessary kitchen utensils (including spices), and split-system air conditioners in the living room and bedrooms.

IMPORTANT: Due to the gated community policy, only guests without criminal records will be accepted.
