The apartment is on the second floor of the Altamar 2 building and has a breathtaking ocean view. It is suitable to comfortably accommodate 6 people. It has exclusive parking. We are 5 minutes away from the shopping mall. The direct exit to the beach is perfect for morning walks along the beach. We have covered places on the beach that can be used for various activities. IMPORTANT: Due to the gated community policy, only guests without criminal records will be accepted.

Located in Playas Villamil, three blocks from the beach and 0.5 km from shops and restaurants. The villa offers six bedrooms, each with a private entrance and air conditioning. Five rooms include a private bath, hot water, hair dryer, iron, shampoo, soap, and lotion. Guests enjoy exclusive access to the pool and cabana, Jacuzzi, bar, barbecue, and spacious outdoor area. The villa also features a full kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave, cookware, dishes, and utensils.

The Suite has a spectacular ocean view, a queen bed and a double bed, with air conditioning, TV, Netflix, WIFI, Hot Water, Private Parking. It is located in Altamar 2, closed with access to the sea, 24-hour security and social areas such as a swimming pool. 5 minutes from the Paseo Shopping de Playas, close to the best hotels. IMPORTANT: On Tuesdays the pool is closed all day for maintenance‼️ The consumption of alcoholic beverages in that social area is prohibited.
