Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of room for fun. This modern penthouse is beautifully decorated and has access to all the facilities you can wish for. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a sofa bed (140x190cm). Open-plan living room and kitchen with space for socializing and exit to the large terrace. The private roof terrace is accessed by a flight of steps from the lower terrace. This is an expansive area so there are new houses being built nearby. It doesn't bother much as it's not right next door. In front of the apartment there will not be construction.

Villa Colina del Mar is divided into 2 apartments in a large villa. Hang out together around the pool or sunbathe on your own private terrace. The villa is only 4 minutes from the beach on foot. The location is amazing because of the panoramic views, the spaces, the seclusion and the sun of course! It's close enough to the city center for evenings out but far enough away for peace and quiet. The villa is great for families with kids and big groups. Of course, fast Wi-Fi with good coverage everywhere.
