Apartment Margarita - A little piece of heaven!

Apartment behind our private villa with private large wooden deck and outside kitchen, a perfect place to relax and disconnect. Superb views of mountains and sea from the deck. Air con/heating in bedroom and dining room/lounge areas. Private parking space on private drive. Perfect for 2 adults. Great for walking or summer beach holiday! Many guests have now worked from here too as we have fibre wifi! There is so much to see and do in this beautiful area of Costa Brava!

Fantastic! With a pool, beach and parking

It's perfect, it has Everything. An 8 minute walk from Cala Canyelles, the best cove in Rosas and 3 km from the center of Roses. Chic neighborhood. PK to park 1 car. Yes WIFI. Large pool, 09/15 No🏊‍♀️, terrace to eat well 4 people. Large community area with a summer lounge. Community only for 16 apartments, making it very quiet. 2 rooms to sleep comfortably 4 people. The couch has a bed inside. It has dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, gas stove, washer and dryer.

Precioso estudio totalmente reformado y muy luminoso a tan solo dos minutos andando de la playa de Santa Margarita y con unas vistas únicas a la montaña. Desde su agradable terraza se pueden contemplar unos espectaculares amaneceres en este enclave único. Se encuentra en un edificio con ascensor y plaza de parking privada gratuita dentro del recinto.
