It has a large parking space that fits a car and motorcycle (5.43m x 2.40m). The apartment is divided into a 20 m² living room-kitchen; 3 bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and another with a desk, work chair and trundle bed; 2 full bathrooms with a shower and American shower; and a pantry.

Situado en el entresuelo de un edificio de 2 plantas y con 31,5 m2, consta de una habitación con cama matrimonial, un salón con amplio sofá-cama, baño, cocina y un estupendo patio ajardinado de 70 m2 para que puedas sentirte como en casa.
