Das helle und im Herbst 2022 renovierte Ferienhaus befindet sich relativ zentral im ruhigen Ortskern von El Pinar. Zu Fuss ist es in 10-15 min. möglich, zum Bäcker, zu den Bars, der Pizzeria, der Apotheke und dem gut sortierten Supermarkt zu gehen. Auf 2 Etagen ist alles für einen gemütlichen und bequemen Aufenthalt am Rande des Kiefernwaldes eingerichtet. Hier beginnen viele schöne Wanderwege. Mit dem Auto geht es schnell in den Fischerort La Restinga und zur sonnigen Badebucht von Tacorón.

“Casa Nicolás” is a recently renovated house from the late 19th century. Located in the hamlet of Las Casas, in the municipality of El Pinar in the south of the island. Close to the fishing village of La Restinga, a privileged place for scuba diving. Equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay, it has 2 double bedrooms, a full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, sofa bed and satellite TV. It has an internet connection.
