Large private terrace with ocean views, gazebo, and barbecue. The common area has a swimming pool (with access from the same floor) as well as a solarium with grass. Services such as a supermarket, restaurants, a tobacco shop, and a pharmacy are less than a 5-minute walk away. Quiet area ideal for couples or families.

Valencia and Peñíscola are also less than 1 hour, and Castellón and Villarreal are both 15 minutes. You will enjoy a very cozy home. Ideal for couples with or without children, groups of up to 3 or 4 friends, all welcome.
