Our apartment in Torrevieja is located in between the salt lakes, 3.5 km from the beautiful beaches of Torrevieja. The large roof terrace is equipped with BBQ and lounge. The communal swimming pool is only accessible to residents. There is a beautiful green space and around the swimming pool there are umbrellas and sun loungers. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator and freezer;dishwasher + tablets; microwave; oven; Senseo; washing machine + products. There is a Smart TV and free WiFi.

The house is solarium type of about 60sqm , it is built on the first floor with 2 bedrooms , living room , kitchen , bathroom , terrace ,TV , Pool Private , WiFFI, A/A. We are 5km from the center of Torrevieja and at that same distance is the beach and 1km from the salt flats or red sea rich in iodine for skin care and on the other side the lake and natural landscape of Torrevieja la Mata for hiking and about 150 meters bars , restaurants , shops and bus stop .etc,etc.

A cozy sleeping area features a double bed adorned with a turquoise-patterned blanket and soft linens. Two neatly arranged towels are placed at the foot of the bed. A tropical-themed wall art piece complements the space, while natural light is diffused through nearby window coverings.
