La Paz Home privately located in a brand new area.

Stylish and beautifully decorated brand new home. It’s like your own private resort mins away from Home Depot, Walmart, Airport, as well as a La Paz shopping center that includes new restaurants and bars. Also very close to public and private hospitals. It has a common shared pool and BBQ grill (club house). Our cleaning/sanitizing crew comes multiple times a week to make sure the place meets COVID19 protocols. This place has a private parking/garage for up to three cars with a remote control.

The apartment is new, modern and comfortable. It has an independent access. It's located 4 km away from "El Malecón" (downtown), in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. It has one full bed, one sofa-bed, a small kitchen that includes a mini-fridge and an electric stove, a table for four, a space for clothes-storage and a full bathroom. It has AC and good wifi signal. There's a patio with a hammock that guests can use, and parking space. There's a washer available for guests.

Catedral Centro Apartment

One step away you will find our majestic Cathedral Church, the park in the center that reveals the tranquility of its inhabitants, in front of the garden, the beautiful house of culture, where artistic works of famous painters are presented. In its streets you will find all kinds of cafes and restaurants with food of all kinds. A few blocks towards the sea you will find our pier where you can walk and stroll with complete peace of mind and enjoy our beautiful sunsets.

Suite Tamarindo is a comprehensive studio apartment, located in a complex of 5 apartments. Located on the 2nd floor, it features a queen size bed, smartTV, WiFi, A/C, closet space, full kitchen, and full luxury bathroom. The complex has closed parking. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood and close to the pier and airport (10 min drive). 600 meters away there is a perfect beach for walking and watching the sunset. The pool is shared.
