Super comfortable and modern house, totally sustainable, away from it all, on top of a hill on the Costa Norte of the Potrerillos dike with incredible views of the lake and the Silver cord. A very quiet and absolutely private area. (The house is located 10km from the center of Potrerillos, 7.5km of which are a shelf) It has a rear apartment for exclusive use by the caretaker of the house in charge of maintenance and cleaning.
