You can have the perfect trip with your family or friends at the beach and the city by staying in the same place. This two-storey house with two terraces is just a five-minute walk from the city's great beach. At the same time, the connection to the city center by public transport is excellent: both buses and trams run close by. The connection to the airport is very good.

Cosy and bright apartment, completely NEW furniture (refurbished in 2019). Very well communicated with the city centre and the beach. It´s ideal for couples and family friendly. Parking included in the same building. For a small/medium size car. It has a wonderful terrace with views of the square, where you can enjoy the amazing sunsets in Valencia.
