The apartment has a full bathroom and another single toilet. En pleno Centro Histórico de Valencia, a 50 metros de la Plaza de la Reina, Catedral , Lonja, y Mercado Central, espectacular apartamento muy luminoso, muy moderno y lujoso de 2 habitaciones y 100 m2 de superficie, una principal con una cama de 1.60 x 2.00 m con un vestidor muy grande y otra habitación doble con dos camas individuales y un pequeño vestidor + cocina premium + 1 baño y 1 aseo y 3 balcones abiertos a la calle En Bou. Edificio totalmente rehabilitado. La vivienda además posee varios premios de arquitectura y ha sido publicada en varias revistas de diseño. La vivienda está en la segunda planta de un edificio de 3 plantas. Solo existe un vecino por planta. El edificio no dispone de ascensor aunque dispone de una escalera muy ancha y cómoda. El apartamento dispone de un salón muy grande con sofa de 2.40 metros, la cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos, lavadora, secadora, horno, microhondas, lavavajillas, placa de cocina de gas y de inducción, todos los electrodomesticos de la cocina son de alta gama o premium plus. Hermoso piso de 50m2 en la tercera planta sin ascensor de un edificio histórico y protegido. De techos altos y ventanas amplias que permite ser un piso de mucha luz, se compone de un espacioso salón comedor y cocina integrada, completamente diáfano. En el salón comedor encontrarán la televisión con Netflix y WIFI, ideal para desconectar después de un día largo. La cocina está completamente equipada (vitroceramica, nevera, microondas, lavadora), si prefieres comer en casa. Cuenta con todos los utensillos de cocina necesarios, además de tostadora, cafetera de capsulas, juguera, y hervidor de agua. Un amplio dormitorio con una cama matrimonial (135cmx190cm) y su gran baño con ducha y con todo lo indispensable, como juego de toallas, secador de pelo, shampoo y gel de baño. Disponible sin coste adicional una cuna de viaje previa solicitud. El edificio no cuenta con áreas comunes. Recibimos a nuestros huéspedes personalmente, nos encanta dar la bienvenida y dar detalles sobre el piso como sobre la ciudad. Queremos que se sientan como en casa! Si vienes en coche, solo a 200m se encuentra el parking público de La plaza de la Reina, en pleno corazón de la ciudad. Tranquilo y al mismo tiempo encontraran toda la vitalidad de la ciudad.
