The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. Renovated house, located on a pedestrian street 500 meters from the beach, in a very quiet and very central area with all amenities within walking distance. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed, 1 with its own bathroom and 1 with a single bed, 1 ironing room. A porch and a large terrace. Air conditioning in the living room. The house has a large terrace, a backyard, and a porch in front of the house that make summer nights unforgettable.
