Nice house with 3 bathrooms, patio near the beach

Hello! Valencia is one of the most beautiful cities in Spain. It has beach and mountains and very good weather. We have many km of bike path, it is a pleasure to visit the city by bike. The Cabañal is a historic neighborhood with many protected houses being old between the sea and the city center. Near the house you can find all kinds of services, supermarket Day 7 minutes walk or Mercadona at 10. Pharmacy 24h and lots of restaurants and bars, but above all a great beach.

A cozy patio area is presented, featuring two blue chairs and a round rattan table in the center. Lush greenery surrounds the space, enhancing a natural atmosphere. Soft sunlight filters through the leaves, illuminating the terracotta floor.
