I rent out a nice little apartment in the basement, about 38 m² and fully equipped. Stammham is located in Upper Bavaria, about 12 km north of Ingolstadt/Audi, 5 minutes by car to the A9, Munich 55 minutes, Regensburg approx. 1 hour, Nuremberg 55 minutes, Ingolstadt Village 10 minutes, to the Danube Gorge approx. 30 minutes and to the Altmühltal Nature Park about 13 minutes. We have a Netto supermarket, restaurants, butchers, bakers, a doctor and a Raiffeisenbank in the village.

A compact bedroom features two small windows allowing natural light to brighten the space. A spacious bed is dressed with a quilted blanket. A wooden cabinet stands adjacent to a wall-mounted television, while a decorative basket adds a touch of style.

At this place, all the important points of contact are close, so planning your stay is easy. Small but discreet including private bathroom/kitchen. Fresh core renovated with soundproofing doors. The haven of peace in the middle of the city. Gastronomies right in front of your door. Free motorbike & bike parking in front of the door. Taxi service/Hol and bring service to the train station by arrangement. Please provide check-in time in advance. Plenty of towels available.
