Want beautiful, secluded, private? You are in the right place! The majority of this house was built by hand and we have added a splash of "modern" in the mix. The house is located on 7 acres with over 900 ft. of Frio River frontage all included in your stay! Close enough to town for the little things, far out enough to hear the silence. Welcome to the Nueces Canyon. This Texas Hill Country farm offers, dark skies, natural rivers and a state of mind that is only found here. The Cozy Cabin @ Whiskey Mountain Great Location!

My place is close to family-friendly activities, Garner state park (3 miles), Lost Maples state park, Frio river crossings, Leakey, Concan, Utopia, Kerrville, Uvalde, three sisters bike roads. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets), Pets are an additional $15 per pet, per night. Pets Fees billed after you book, b/c there is no option on Airbnb. The Cozy is located towards the front of our 17 acres about 75 ft from Hwy 83.
