This contemporary studio is beautifully set with the famous Forth Bridges to the front and railway trail to the rear. Clever design allows the glass fronted living space to accommodate living, sleeping and cooking comfortably. The picturesque seaside town of South Queensferry is less than 10 miles from Edinburgh and has excellent transport links. If you wish to travel further Queensferry is excellently positioned to get to the rest of Scotland's attractions. Its simply a lovely place to stay!

An upmarket and safe annexe attached to my house in lovely residential area. No noise from traffic. 15 mins from airport / city centre and 10 mins walk to Murrayfield Stadium. FREE PARKING! Invaluable in Edinburgh. Very regular buses and trams into city centre in under 15 mins. Beautiful parks nearby or walk along the Water of Leith to famous Dean Village, stunning views. Local restaurants within 10 min walk. Small supermarket 7 mins away or large supermarket 15 mins walk.

A peaceful cottage in North Queensferry with magnificent views onto the UNESCO Forth Rail Bridge. Only a short steep walk uphill to the train station to Edinburgh and ON the Fife Coastal walking path. Nestled between the three Forth bridges you have the option of train, car or walking across to South Queensferry.
