Stay in the old village schoolhouse

Our historic school building with wonderfully high ceilings and its thick sandstone walls offers plenty of space (about 130 square meters) for up to four people. It was lovingly ecologically renovated by us until 2013. Downstairs there is a large kitchen-living room, upstairs a cozy small bedroom and a large studio, which can also be used by artistically ambitious guests. From Gräfenhausen you can go directly to the Palatinate Forest by mountain bike or on foot. The nearest climbing rock is also a 20-minute walk. In the village there is a small restaurant with a village shop and a bakery (both directly opposite the house).

The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Vacation home in the chestnut forest

Our vacation home in Burrweiler is located on the edge of the Palatinate Forest on the Southern Wine Route in the middle of the chestnut forest on the Teufelsberg, at an altitude of 355 m, below the St. Anna Chapel. On the 1250 m² fenced forest property there is a viewing area with a distant view of the Rhine plain, a patio made of old oak trunks and a picnic bench. Rebenmeer apartment, right next to the vineyards!

Our luxurious apartment "Rebenmeer" is located on the outskirts of Hainfeld, within walking distance of the wine pavilion Koch and Scherr winery. The vineyards start right behind the house. An ideal location for hiking or biking and stopping at the huts in the Palatinate Forest. Occupancy is designed for either 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. Children and infants are desired. 😊Shopping is 3 km away. 4 restaurants in the village and a child-friendly outdoor swimming pool very close by!

Charming apartment on the wine trail • Edesheim

This clearly and comfortably furnished 30 m² apartment is located above the café & wine bar "Zur Blume" in Edesheim on the Southern Wine Route. Designed for 1 to 2 people with sleeping area, separate living room with equipped kitchenette & private bathroom with shower. In the house is the café "Zur Blume" with breakfast on weekends & wine bar in the evening (Thu-Sun/separate). Access is via a historic wooden staircase with a clear slope. The property is therefore not accessible.

The apartment is just minutes from the center with restaurants, cafes, wine bars, historic wineries, various shops. The vineyards start around the corner and all lead to the nearby hiking area “Pfälzer Wald” with its popular managed huts. The Villa Ludwigshöhe, the Rietburg ruins, which can be reached on a romantic path with the Rietburg cable car, the wildlife sanctuary located there and a panoramic café are just some of the beautiful excursion destinations.

Directly behind it the vineyards offer a fantastic view over the Rhine valley. Treat yourself to a little time out in our lovingly furnished vacation room. The room is located in the basement of our single-family house and with its 25 sqm has everything you need for a short stay. The room has its own entrance (not barrier-free) and is closed off from our living area. It is equipped with a double bed (160x200), desk, kitchen and seating area. Towels and hairdryer are in the private bathroom.

Romantic, historic winery

My accommodation is good for couples, families (with children), large groups and furry friends (pets). On a given occasion, I must point out that there is peace in the outdoor area from 10 p.m. onwards. This is not a party location but a romantic property to spend a nice weekend.
