Through the sliding doors, you can walk right onto the terrace with beautifully landscaped garden and plenty of privacy!

We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. Downstairs apartment in the old centre of Rhenen

The whole apartment yours; separate frontdoor. It is situated in the centre of the charming old town. As the windows towards the street are with special panes, you have no problem with noise from the traffic. Rhenen is situated in the province of Utrecht, close to Gelderland; more or less in the middle of the Netherlands. By train it is about 1,5 hour to get to Amsterdam; to Utrecht about 1/2 hour, and to Arnhem about 1/2 by bus. For the first morning there is stuf to make your own breakfast.

Sleeping comfort is paramount: luxury king-size box spring beds with topper (1 special for tall people: 1.80 x 2.10 meters) and a variety of pillows and blankets for you to choose from. There is something for everyone! Enjoy the wood stove (of course there is also C.V.), grab a magazine from the reading bin and make yourself comfortable. Located on a very popular cycling route for recreation, hiking, cycling or mountain biking to stand within a few hundred meters on the Ginkelse heath. Many animals are spotted here in the evening and night: deer, foxes, badgers, squirrels, buzzards, forest owls, woodpeckers and hares. In the wood whale, weasels can even be spotted!
