This is an ocean front private villa with the Sea of Japan right in front of you. Adjacent to Ayukawa Beach, you can enjoy the blue sea during the day, the sunset on the horizon in the evening, and the fishing lights and starry sky at night.This is a special location where you can feel the Sea of Japan, which changes its appearance every season, at any time during your stay. The building uses virgin cedar wood for all ceilings, floors and walls. The space, wrapped in the scent and warmth of wood, creates an unusual time where you can relax from the heart away from everyday life.You can see the sea and the sunset from the bath, and you can have a luxurious time while soaking in the bathtub. The inn is a 2-story private building. It has 4 single beds on the 1st floor and 1 double bed on the 2nd floor, and can accommodate up to 6 people. There is also a terrace overlooking the sea, perfect for morning coffee or evening time. The surrounding area is one of the best fishing spots on the Echizen coast. Fishing boats depart from Ayukawa Fishing Port right in front of you, so it is also recommended for a stay for the purpose of fishing. In addition, we operate a seaside cafe, Maare, 3 minutes away by car, where you can enjoy a BBQ without having to bring anything. 　We renovated part of a house in Ichijodani to be exclusively for private lodging. 　It is conveniently located for walking around Ichinotani, with nearby Asaga Kasuga Shrine, which was the Asakura family's war victory prayer place, the Asakura family ruins of Shimosakado, the Asakura family ruins museum and JR Ichinotani station, the Asakura family ruins Karamon, and the restored street. There is a firefly spot nearby, and you can also find them on the premises. 　There is also good access to major tourist destinations in Fukui Prefecture, such as the Dinosaur Museum, Ski Jam Katsuyama, Eihei-ji Temple, Tojinbo, Shibamasa, and the Sand Dome. 　There are no restaurants, supermarkets, or drug stores nearby. The convenience store is also 2.5 km away. 　There is a moss garden on the premises and a lawn that is not well maintained, but if the timing is right, you can enjoy a private cherry blossom viewing and snow play on the premises. 　Because it is a rural area, there are insects and small animals around the facility and sometimes in the room. The entire inn is private, so you won't meet other guests, and the bath, toilet, and kitchen are all private. You can enjoy a private stay to your heart's content. The host (Ken) or family is always present in the separate building on the premises, and we have a system in place to support you if anything happens, so you can feel at home even if it's your first time here. The locals were involved in the construction, for example, the men cut down and transported the trees from the mountains, the women carried the soil by hand, and the gardeners created a garden centered on a large pond to make the doctor's stay comfortable. It was a loving place created by the whole village.
