Die ehemalige Garage wurde mit viel Liebe in ein barrierefreies Loft-artiges Studio mit E-Ladestation umgestaltet. Unser Haus in guter Wohnlage ist nur 10 bis 15 Minuten Gehzeit entfernt von Mödlings Bahnhof und historischem Stadtzentrum. Die nahe Metropole Wien ist mit dem Zug bestens erreichbar. Der Nachtbus aus Wien hält um die Ecke. Der angrenzende Wienerwald ist ein Paradies für Wanderer, Radfahrer, Läufer und Mountainbiker. Die Weinbauern der Umgebung bieten regionale Köstlichkeiten.

Urlaub vor den Toren von Wien

Du urlaubst bei uns idyllisch am Waldesrand, unter der Burg Mödling gelegen, 15 Minuten zu Fuß in die historische Babenbergerstadt Mödling mit ihrem einmaligen mittelalterlichen Ambiente, Geschäften, Cafés und Restaurants. Und wenn Du die Großstadt Wien besuchen willst, dann nimmst Du von Mödling aus den Zug nach Wien und stehst nach 30 Minuten vor dem Stephansdom in Wien im Stadtzentrum. Direkt von uns gibt es zahlreiche Wander- und Mountainbikerouten, und viel Kulturelles zu entdecken.

The chalet is located at the edge of the forest in the medieval town of Hainburg an der Donau with a view of the Donauauen National Park. The "Donauland Carnuntum" area offers delightful hiking and biking trails, culture and culinary delicacies. Excursions to Bratislava, the Roman city of Carnuntum or the nearby Marchfeld castles by bike or boat are particularly recommended in the summer months. Or you just enjoy the tranquility of nature with romantic sunsets and let your mind wander.

About this accommodation: Bright, cozy, light-flooded house with a sizzling garden in the sunny south of Vienna. The house is in the green belt of Vienna, from where the city and the main tourist attractions can be easily reached via the well-developed transport network, Park&Ride or by tram. The Mödlinger Au immediately behind the house invites you to take a walk towards the monastery garden. Authentic Heurige (wine makers) invite you to taste their famous wines.

Cozy apartment/apartment, newly renovated. The apartment consists of a living/bedroom with a pellet stove, a kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet in a very quiet location. Garden can be used. Supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist, restaurants and coffee houses etc. in the immediate vicinity. The bus station can be reached in 1 minute on foot and offers very good transport connections to Vienna, Mödling and Baden. The castle park is approx. 700 meters away.

Dieses traumhafte Ferienhaus bietet eine ruhige Lage und hat einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Schneeberg. Der Bahnhof Teesdorf, das Lille Hus Coffee, ein Spar sowie Apotheke sind alle zu Fuß erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einen Tennis- und Fußballplatz, sowie eine riesige Hundeauslaufzone. Das Haus besteht aus einem großen Wohn-Esszimmer mit Terrasse, Küche, 3 Schlafzimmern, Bad mit Toilette und einer seperaten Toilette.

Wir bieten ein wunderschönes kleines, eigenes Haus incl. Terrasse und gratis Parkplatz vor unserem Grundstück. Außerdem haben wir eine e-Ladestation, zum kostengünstigen Laden. In 15 min ist man mit dem Zug am Hauptbahnhof Wien, mit dem Bus in 10 Minuten ist man bei der Therme Wien Oberlaa. Das Haus ist 15 km vom Flughafen entfernt. Wir wohnen auch am Grundstück in einem eigenen Haus, sind also jederzeit verfügbar.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem Dorf in ruhiger Lage. Im Ort selbst ist eine Bäckerei und ein Gasthaus. Ein Supermarkt im Nachbarort. In ca. 30 Fahrminuten mit dem Pkw erreichen Sie Eisenstadt, den Neusiedlersee mit den Orten Mörbisch, Rust, Märchenpark St Margarethen, Bhf Ebreichsdorf, Freibad Seibersdorf, Neufeldersee und ca. 40 Min Wien.
