Secret Courtyard Studio Apartment near Central Station

The spacious 50 sqm (internal & external) courtyard studio has private and separate entry from a quirky Surry Hills laneway. Visitors descend down a short flight of steps into a stunning secret courtyard enclosed by tall white walls - remnants of a warehouse. Bifold doors lead into the generous living area, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor areas. The lounge/dining area is comfortably furnished with a 2.5 seater sofa bed (converts to king single bed), leather butterfly chair, flat screen Smart TV (with Netflix) and dining table and chairs. Blockout curtains will ensure that guest will have a good nights rest. The designer kitchen has a fully integrated dishwasher, convection microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and concealed washer/dryer. The sleeping area features a comfortable queen-size bed, ample wardrobe space and reverse cycle air conditioning (heating and cooling). The generous, modern bathroom has a frameless shower, large mirrors and marble tiles. This unique city-fringe pad is perfectly located between the CBD, Crown Street and Central Station. It is an ideal traveller's base to explore Sydney or a superbly convenient business accommodation away from the hustle and bustle. The TreeHouse was originally built as an artist's studio. It is an architecturally designed light-filled space that is nestled at the rear of the block behind our family home. It sits high in the treetops to float above the neighbourhood. It has its own private access via an original bluestone laneway. Melbournians treasure their laneways and this one is without exception. Enjoy the serenity of being hidden away whilst still in the heart of Prahran. Access is via the rear lane with a car park with pin security access / remote.
