The cottage is also a perfect location for a peaceful getaway where you can spend time simply relaxing amidst classic California scenery: oaks, pines, and the ever-changing skies.

Mountain Meadow Cabin is a charming all cedar cabin with modern amenities. Bask in the ambiance of the gorgeous open stone fireplace. Escape to nature in our Manzanita Tiny Cabin. This is one of two tiny houses on our property. Enjoy the views and the stars on the peaceful 24 acres this cabin shares. Located 4.2 miles to Bass Lake, 23 miles to Yosemite South Gate Entrance (Mariposa Grove) or 90 minutes to Yosemite Valley. Amenities include stocked kitchen with Keurig, queen bed, sofa bed, and small sleeping loft w/queen mattress. The outdoor area is perfect for relaxing, stargazing or playing the 6-hole disc golf course.

In the evenings, enjoy stargazing or conversation at the fire pit. Our property is secluded, yet only 10 minutes from the main highway. We are in between Sequoia Forest (east) and Sequoia Park (north), with about an hour drive to each. We love to host remote workers/traveling health care providers.

Our brand-new guest cottage is an architect-designed tiny home for 2, in a peaceful rural area. It is just 28 minutes from beautiful Kings Canyon National Park. There is a view of meadows and guests are welcome to stroll the half-mile around and view the sheep, dogs and horses. Birdlife is abundant and nearby is Cat Haven ( featuring lions, snow leopards etc.). Yosemite is within reach for a day trip. We have a great coffee shop 2 minutes away! Sorry, no assistance animals (see house rules)
