Deze mooie centraal gelegen accommodatie is net nieuw. De studio met 2 verdiepingen is gelegen in de grote omgebouwde schuur grenzend aan onze eigen woning. Het heeft een ruime eigen tuin met bbq en tuinset waar je heerlijk van de zon kunt genieten. Beneden is een knusse, smaakvol ingerichte woonkamer met keuken. Beiden zijn van alle gemakken voorzien. Boven is een grote slaapkamer en ruime moderne badkamer met stortdouche. De studio is geschikt voor 2 personen en eventueel nog een klein kindje.

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

A rustic wall features wooden shelves filled with various plants in pots, enhancing a natural feel. Some shelves display decorative items like stones and dried flowers. The textured brick backdrop adds warmth and character to the space.

De studio is zeer goed geïsoleerd, heeft vloerverwarming en bij uitzonderlijke hete dagen vloerkoeling. Een heerlijk rustige omgeving om lekker uit te rusten, fietsen, wandelen of gewoon een lekker boek lezen. Huisdieren niet toegestaan.

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

A bright living area features large windows that provide views of the green landscape outside. Two brown sofas are arranged facing a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall. Natural light floods the room, complemented by a rustic decor of antlers and a mounted deer head.

Een ideale locatie om helemaal tot rust te komen en te genieten van het mooie polderlandschap.Een perfecte uitvalsbasis om te fietsen, te wandelen of om Antwerpen te bezoeken (27 km). Natuurliefhebbers vinden zeker de weg naar het Verdronken land van Saefthinge (6 km). Het historisch omwalde vestingstadje Hulst in Nederland (11 km) is zeker een bezoekje waard. De buurtwinkels en restaurants zijn op wandelafstand.
