"A spacious two bedroom holiday cottage converted from stables, suitable for four people" Tastefully furnished with a contemporary style, this two bedroom holiday cottage comes complete with one kingsize pillowtop divan bed and two single divan beds. The cottage has a modern bathroom with rain shower and bath plus a well equipped modern kitchen with dining table, oven, hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher. The lounge has enough comfortable seating for four people, a television and log burner. An outside table and four chairs is provided in the garden, perfect for alfresco dining. The cottage also benefits from the use of a swimming pool (open seasonally and shared by other cottages but booked by appointment for private use) and seven and a half acres of beautiful Lincolnshire meadows and woodland. All our cottages are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised prior to each holiday. Please refer to our cleaning and sanitisation page for more information. We are happy to accept well behaved dogs in some of our cottages. A charge per stay applies which can be added to the booking or paid locally, so please ask if you need more information before booking. Private car parking and undercover parking for motorcycles is available. A travel cot and one additional rollaway bed can be provided at an additional cost, please contact us for more information before booking. Our lakeside garden is pretty unique for Tattershall Lakes, fenced and fully private with a massive 40 meters of private lake frontage, lakefront sun deck with loungers, fire pit with seating and bbq grill, dining patio that gets the evening sun and a shady veranda for watching lake life. Oh yes and the sunken hot tub!

We are a very rural farm, set in acres of farmland with only a few houses up at the farm. This detached cottage is located close to the market town of Market Rasen, on the edge of the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds.
