Right outside the door there are nice forest roads and hiking trails that go all the way up to Børingstinden 1025 meters above sea level. The nearest ski slope is 1 km away and 6 km to a great beach at Finnlandsveien. Other activities in Dyrøy municipality include dog sledding, go-karting, etc.

Dobbeltsengen med deilige sengeklær, puter og dyner er 140x200cm og er rettet rett i mot vinduene og midnattssolen. Det ikke Tv i Panorama, kun en nettradio med Bluetooth tilkobling. Det er WC av type Cinderella. Størrelse er ca. 10 kvadratmeter Gjester disponerer fullt kjøkken og toalett/dusj i hovedbygget.

From this place in a perfect location you have easy access to everything. Food store and library within walking distance. In the building, there is a brand new fitness center with the possibility of short-term membership and a fantastic cozy and modern café. If you want access to hiking trails, beach, play disc golf (discs can be bought at the store), drive go-karts, play beach volleyball or football - there are available facilities nearby - most of them just outside the door.

Om du bare vil nyte freden på terrassen, rusle i fjæra, gå på fjell eller toppturer eller fiske så er dette rette plassen. I fjorden fiskes det torsk, sei, uer, kveite, steinbit, makrell, flyndre og annen små fisk. Ikke sjelden kan man nyte et fantastisk skue når nicen er i fjorden. Dyrøy Holiday - Lodge at the end of the road

Our cabin is situated in calm and lush surroundings at the end of the road on the island of Dyrøy. The island is sheltered from the open ocean by Senja. The legend tells that the famous Norwegian Viking chief Tore Hund (“Thor the Hound”) had his reindeer on the island and from that time the island is called Dyrøy - the animal island. Great place to relax and create memories of a lifetime! Private jaccuzzi, wood fired hot tub available.

A dock is seen extending over a rocky shoreline, illuminated by a vibrant sunset. The water reflects warm hues of orange and pink, while rocks and seaweed are visible along the shore. A small boat rests quietly nearby, adding to the serene environment.

Here you can enjoy the cabin by the sea, whether you want to swim or just enjoy quiet days on the rock or on the terrace. In the summer, you'll see the midnight sun bathing in the sea. In the winter the aurora can show off its best side. You can go on a mountain hike behind the cabin (a little steep) , or drive to nearby areas or the fairy island Senja for fantastic trips both winter and summer (Senja about an hour to drive).

Dyrøya Kunstnervilla offers tranquility and fantastic nature with views of the sea and mountains. In the winter you can go skiing or snowshoeing, and in the summer you can go hiking to fishing waters or hills with 360-degree views. In addition, it is only a 5 minute walk to the sea. Dyrøya Kunstnervilla can be rented in periods when we do not have artists on residence stays. During these periods, everyone is welcome to rent.
