Restaurants and cafes are a short walk with only a 5 min walk to the main street of Dunedin - leave your car in the onsite car park. You’ll love my place because of the central location, art deco architecture with a modern renovation including new kitchen , bathroom , double glazing , heat pumps, tv and wifi.
