Lovely double bedroom, desk, chair, TV. Free on the street parking. Large bathroom and well appointed kitchen (washing machine, coffee machine, grill, oven and microwave. Cupboards and fridge space. Free WiFi. Plenty of storage space. Easy going host. Smokers welcome. Quiet block, mostly retired. Safe area. Local amenities include; Tesco Metro (300m away), easy to use public transport (bus stop outside the house - and a taxi rank close by) only 1 mile from the city centre and train/bus station.

We live in a beautiful and peaceful part of Perthshire with some of the most spectacular views. Ideally situated only a few minutes off the A90 but could be in the middle of nowhere! Half way between Perth & Dundee so all the benefits of a rural retreat with the advantage of major towns and cities nearby. Local amenities in nearby villages. Ideally situated for weddings at Fingask Castle, Errol Park and Guardswell. Major attractions including world famous golf courses within easy reach.

Clepington Victorian Villa

We are a creative family offering comfortable accommodation in our home, built in the 1870s with period features and beautiful original ornate Victorian cornice decoration. You have a large light 32 sq meter room that has a very comfy double bed and a double sofa bed. There is a table and chairs in large bay window where you can have breakfast and/or use as a working space .There is off road parking at back of property and we are well located for golfing in Carnoustie or St Andrews.

A serene bedroom is presented with green walls and a large mirror, enhancing the sense of space. A spacious bed is neatly dressed with white linens, accompanied by a bedside table. Bath towels are artfully arranged on the bed.

Come and join us in the bright yellow house of Dundee, the energetic exterior colour also continues inside, with some bright wall colours and big windows. The view from one of the rooms overlooks the 'Riverside Nature park' where the astonishing views grasp a true feeling of Scotland. The outside garden is free to use whether its to eat your breakfast or enjoy a BBQ. There is a small kitchen with all the essentials including some breakfast food and British snacks.

Stunning modern 2 bedroom villa private hot tub

The area is very friendly, its in a newly built up family development. Its very quiet and chilled out area with lots of local amenities. The house is very warm and inviting,the downstairs is open plan with french doors out to a lovely rear garden with hot tub. There is lots of seating outside which catches the sun all day and is a lovely spot to enjoy the afternoon.
