Tax ID number: 145 Tax is paid separately prior to visit. While visiting beautiful old Petaluma stay in our charming cozy, one room/bath cottage and feel like you are sleeping in the treetops. Total privacy with hosts who are always available for questions and advice. We are merely a ten minute walk to downtown's great shops and fabulous restaurants, and a short drive to Lagunitas and hen house breweries. Wine lovers don’t worry great tasting rooms!

Built in 1870, our Fair Street Retreat is located in one of the oldest houses in Petaluma. The en suite studio is connected to the main house but has it own private bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, separate entry and outside deck. We are 3 blocks from historic Downtown district, an easy walk to the riverfront restaurants and shops. If you prefer to stay in, brew some coffee in the kitchenette and sit on the deck under willow trees. #PLVR-19-0017
