Besides this it's also a perfect apartment for couples on a working holiday, because of the two separate work places, 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room. There's a strong wifi signal in both spaces, which makes video call's possible. This modern design apartment in a centuries old building (anno 1584) is in the centre of Utrecht.

De lichte studio heeft een eigen ingang en is gelegen aan een kleine “Japanse” binnentuin. Als je de schuifdeur openzet zit je in de tuin. In de sfeervolle rustige kamer staat een queensize bed. Ook de badkamer en suite is gelegen aan de binnentuin.

The apartment is located on the ground floor with a nice patio/small garden. It's central location makes it very easy to explore Amsterdam by foot, bike or public transport. The space is all yours and has everything you need. A double bed, bathroom and kitchenette (with combi microwave, induction hob and a mini fridge). There is also a terrace and you can park in front of the door. The area offers beautiful nature, you can walk to the water and you can easily travel to Amsterdam.

Looking for peace, space and nature in a rural area and yet close to Amsterdam? Then visit our lovely cottage. The cottage is located on the river Amstel, only 15 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bike from the vibrant center of Amsterdam. The cottage overlooks meadows on all sides. It is next to the owners house, but offers a lot of privacy. The cottage has a nice terrace that overflows into the garden.
