The Cosy Flat in Galashiels

The Cosy Flat offers a delightful blend of modern amenities and homely touches, ensuring a memorable stay in the Scottish Borders. Accessibility Information: The flat is a two-level maisonette. Entry to the property involves a set of stairs, and there are internal stairs connecting the two levels. The toilet and bathroom are located on the first level, while the bedroom is on the upper level. While many guests find the layout comfortable, it may not be ideal for those with limited mobility.

The Nest is a charming small cottage in the heart of the picturesque town of Melrose. The town is home to the Melrose Rugby Sevens & the Borders Book Festival & boasts many restaurants, cafes & independent shops. St. Cuthbert’s Way, Melrose Abbey & the Eildon Hills are a short walk away. The open plan lounge/kitchen is well-equipped while the ensuite open plan bedroom is cosy with a bright bathroom with bath/shower. There is also a small private direct access courtyard garden at the rear.

The Black Triangle Cabin

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

Caravan at The Keep

This is a large 35x 12 foot static caravan , situated on its own hillside site on the outskirts of Gattonside looking across to the town of Melrose and the Eildon hills . It has been rented out in the summer for about 17 years and enjoys return visitors . It’s a vintage 90’s caravan but comes fully equipped and is clean and comfortable. Linen provided . Rose Cottage is a 200 year old traditional stone house which has been lovingly renovated to a very high standard. Quirky, and cosy it contains, one small double bedroom, a lounge with a log fire, kitchen and a fantastic shower room both with underfloor heating. Close to Heriot Watt University, the Borders Railway and Town Centre.
