In the courtyard, there's a swimming pool with a shallow section for children, ideal for carefree enjoyment for all generations. Around the pool there is a sunbathing area with deck chairs, a garden, an orchard, a children's playground with swings, a slide, a children's playhouse, table tennis, and a fully equipped summer house with a fireplace. It was completely renovated in 2024 and is equipped with everything a family needs to enjoy and relax by its own pool, and can accommodate up to 6 people in total. The villa has 3 air-conditioned rooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, a kitchen and dining room, a barbecue, a terrace and its own parking lot with an e-charging station for electric vehicles. For families with small children, this home also offers a crib and a high chair.
