Well-equipped and nice little house

Sit back and relax in this quiet, cool, and cozy home. A well-equipped small apartment building built in 2021. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, a coffee maker, a toaster, a microwave, an induction hob, a hot air oven. The bathroom with shower and washing machine. Quiet location in a pleasant residential area. 8-10 min walk to subway Mälarhöjden or Västertorp (by bike it takes 3-4 min). It then takes about 15-20 min to T-Centralen. Close to Lake Mälaren, 750 m, and beautiful walking paths.

The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. We rent a spacious, bright and fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment of 52sqm in our house from the 70's. The apartment has its own entrance and is completely renovated with fine modern materials. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating under the light gray concrete floor which extend through the entire apartment. New modern kitchen from Ballingslöv with everything you need to cook for one or more people. The apartment has an open floor plan.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Here, there is room for 4 adults who want to stay in a spacious and undisturbed place. Two glazed terraces provide extra space. Private plot and garden. Two floors, bathroom/toilet on both floors. Open plan on the lower level. I rent out my house while it is waiting to be sold. There is everything in the kitchen (for about 6 people) to be able to cook and eat. A total of 4 beds for adults.
