Relax in our garden with apple trees and proximity to the swimming area, but still only 20 minutes to the city by subway, which is within walking distance (7 min). The land is about 17 sqm and consists of a room with sofa bed and bathroom with shower. For your convenience, there is a mini fridge with freezer compartment, stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher and basic range with kitchen accessories such as pot, cutlery, etc. Proximity to Judanskogen and swimming at Ängbybadet and Kyrksjön, grocery store (Hemköp) Pizzeria and subway within walking distance.

Unwind in this quiet and rural home. The house is built in 2021 and has fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, sleeping loft with double bed, bed sofa bed bed, nice breakfast porch as well as patio in best sun mode. Mälaren and possibility for swimming is 800m away, Troxhammar golf club is 300m away and beautiful excursion areas with forests for mushrooms and berry picking are just around the corner from the house. Bus stop 200m from the house, about 30 minutes by car from town. Parking next to the house.

Modern new guesthouse located in brilliant south facing right by the shore. The house has fully equipped kitchen, good wifi, a bathroom with washer/dryer, bedroom as well as loft. Directly adjacent there are two terraces and in front of the house a lawn from where you can dip your feet in Lake Mälaren. Parking is available and it is 250 meters to the bus stop. The home is last house on a quiet dead street. Perfect starting point for excursions such as Birka , Drottningsholm (10 km), Stockholm City (21 km)

Only 2 km to Drottningholms Slott and Drottningholmsparken. The property is next door to a well-known riding facility. Free parking on the property's driveway, shared with the main property. At Rörby farm 300 meters away, Lovö Magasin serves good dishes and coffee Friday to Sunday 11am to 4pm, during the summer season.

Beautiful lakeside villa with private jetty, jacuzzi and a spacious wooden deck that offers sun from morning to late evening. Besides the secluded jacuzzi the deck offers a large bbq great for outside dinners. The house is close to a public beach with a waterslide and bar/ restaurant. The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). We rent a spacious, bright and fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment of 52sqm in our house from the 70's. The apartment has its own entrance and is completely renovated with fine modern materials. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating under the light gray concrete floor which extend through the entire apartment. New modern kitchen from Ballingslöv with everything you need to cook for one or more people. The apartment has an open floor plan.
